This Team VRUK 30-Day Challenge is to stay active for 30 days by completing a 1 mile per day or more.
This can be a walk, run, swim, cycle, or jeff (combination of running & walking). If you wish to row or scoot that’s ok too.
Provided you are signed up by midnight on 31st October and provided you have opted in to our emails, you will receive a daily reminder email and can submit your time.
Pace doesn't matter!
Then every day for 30 days we simply ask that you complete a mile run, walk or jeff and submit your time. You don't have to aim to get faster each time, we just want to see you complete the mile. Sometimes you maybe faster, other days you maybe slower. Just go at the pace you feel comfortable at each day.
Why a Mile a Day?
Because everyone can find 15 minutes to look after themselves EVERY DAY
So many people (including me) have lost their fitness mojo this year, we want to help you all get it back!
If you would like to take part in this mile per day November challenge AND you are registered for our November Lest We Forget Challenge, we understand that you may want your medal in lieu of evidence so that you have it for the 11th (when you will have completed 11 miles), so you can claim that now using the submission page without evidence.
At the end of your 30 days you simply complete your final submission form.
We have two options of entry
£10 includes a MAD November mug and race entry, plus daily emails to keep you going
£3 is virtual entry only and you will receive the emails daily.
