This June why not celebrate equality by challenging yourself to complete a 6k PB or push from a 5K to a 6K by completing a running, walking, cycling or swimming activity. And earn this amazing piece of rainbow shiny sparkly bling, wearing it with pride!
Complete the distance between the 1st June and 30th June , and submit evidence by 4th july to receive your medal reward.
This 6k challenge is perfect to stretch those that can comfortably complete a 5k, and are looking to get a personal best (PB), yet it is fully achievable for those new to fitness.
To make things equal you can run, walk, cycle, swim or cross-train. 6k = 6k whichever form of exercise you choose.
Please note, you are paying to enter the race. The medal is reward for completing the challenge and submitting your evidence by deadline.
