This July why not celebrate equality by completing a 5K running, walking, cycling or swimming activity. And earn this amazing piece of rainbow shiny sparkly bling, wearing it with pride!
Complete the distance between the 1st July and 31st July, and submit evidence by 4th August to receive your medal reward.
To make things equal you can run, walk, cycle, swim or cross-train. 5k = 5k whichever form of exercise you choose.
Please note, you are paying to enter the race. The medal is reward for completing the challenge and submitting your evidence by deadline.
