1200 John O Groats to Lands End
Our final challenge in the Where to Next series takes us from the top to the bottom of Great Britain. Taking in 1200 miles from end to end. Land’s End is the extreme southwestward (but not southern or western) point of Great Britain, situated in western Cornwall at the end of the Penwith peninsula, John o’ Groats is the traditionally acknowledged extreme northern point of mainland Scotland, in northeastern Caithness. A popular route for cyclists, this journey can take weeks rather than days to accomplish.
You can run, walk, cycle or use a combination of disciplines to cover the length of the UK - virtually. Take the journey from Land's End to John o'Groats
