So a January ends and February begins, I ask myself what have i accomplished so far??
Well my goal was to do 35 miles of run/walking exercise but i actually ended up doing 70 miles instead. By doing these miles not not only did i feel fantastic I also managed to loose 7lb.
I have struggled with my weight all my life.
At school i was always the ugly one, and had very few friends, but as i grew and got older i realised beauty comes from with in and no matter what anyone says we are all beautiful. One of the main reason i took up running/walking was to loose weight and it worked, as the weight came off i found i had a different out look on life. I became more confident in myself and I felt sexy . I never want to go back to that unhappy fat place again, and getting up each day and putting my trainers on and getting out is how i do this.
I did my very first long run/walk on Saturday 1st February. I managed to complete 15km in just under 2 hours, with a few seconds to spare lol. Doing this has truly made me see that I am capable of anything if i just believe and dig down deep and find my inner strength and Never give up even when its hard, i am a winner!!!!!
We all have our own reasons for why we want to put our trainer's on and get out.
